OmegaNutrel Inc. retains an exclusive irrevocable license for "new breaking edge" technology for the production of Omega-3 enriched milk and other foods of ruminant animal origin including the enrichment of Omega-3 in beef cattle. OmegaNutrel was the first company to demonstrate Omega-3 enriching techniques in the USA. The patents supporting the technology are issued in USA, Canada, New Zealand and Australia. OmegaNutrel is currently in the process of applying for the patent in Brazil.
The Company's global business model is to establish a network of contract partners and sub-licensees in selected markets and countries in return for established fees and royalties. We are actively seeking partners/sub-licensees with the ability to take the lead in bringing a suitable array of enriched milk products to various markets, and for packers/retailers to engage in the promotion and marketing of Omega 3 enriched beef. The target markets for ONI are the producers of products in foods containing Omega 3 fatty acids, primarily of animal origin, rather than nutraceuticals. OmegaNutrel is committed to the further development of the technology in partnership with its licensees and potential new equity partners.
