The new line of Omega 3 cheeses contains no additives or preservatives. The way in which these products contain Omega 3 and Selenium is through the milk. There are specific herds of cows used for this healthy cheese; these cows are fed a high quality feed which contains sources of Omega 3 and Selenium, which in turn is found in the milk, this milk is then used to produce Silani’s Omega 3 Cheeses.
